June Meeting Info:
- Bring one yard of pink fabric cut into Fat Eighths ( 8 - 9" x 22" cuts) in order to be a part of the fabric swap.
- Bring one fat quarter (18" x 22") or more of *summer* colored fabric to be in the fat quarter raffle... you could go home with ALL the fat quarters!! *We're considering summer colors to be coral, pink, yellow, orange, teal, lime, etc... bright happy colors!*
- Door prize tickets will be 5 for $1 - so bring your dollar bills!
- Bring your favorite sewing room notion or tool - whatever you cannot live without.
May Recap:
- We swapped red fat eighths and had a great turnout!
- Our topic was Aurifil thread... the first 30 members in the door received a free pack of thread and booklet donated by Aurifil.
- The first block of the month was handed out, the 9-Patch
- 20 members took home pieces to make an Ohio Star block to contribute to the charity quilt we will donate to the Junction City American Legion
*Fat quarter raffle and fat eighth swap are not mandatory. Only participate if you want to.
